What You Can Expect

Pricing

  • $18 per candle (ordered in increments of 12)

  • Includes:

    • A bottle-return kit with protective packaging

    • Prepaid return shipping label

    • Bottle processing, cutting, and finishing

    • Hand-poured, clean-burning organic soy candles

    • Packaging in simple paper tubes (your label or ours)

Most shops retail their private label candles for $28–$35, creating a healthy margin with a premium product.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What types of private label candles can we order?

We craft custom candles from your branded beer bottles/cans, wine, or liquor bottles. If you don’t have a preferred bottle type, we can source from a variety of options. 

2. Can we choose our own scents?

Yes — choose from our curated fragrance library or collaborate with us on a custom scent blend (see details above). Minimum of 12 units per custom scent.

3. How do we send our bottles?

After submitting a request, you’ll receive a bottle return kit with secure packaging and a prepaid return label. Send us your empties; we’ll handle the rest.

4. What is the minimum order?

A minimum of 12 units, ordered in batches of 12. Minimum of 12 units per custom scent. We WAIVE the custom scent fee for orders of 48 or more.

5. What is the turnaround time?

Most private label orders are completed within 3 weeks of receiving your bottles. Custom scents take longer, depending on how many iterations we go through getting the scent just right.

6. What are the payment terms?

A 10% deposit confirms your order; the remaining balance is due before shipment.

7. How do we get started?
